Based on the DC Comics superhero Stargirl created by Geoff Johns and Lee Moder.
The plot centers around Courtney Whitmore – a high school sophomore, that discovers a powerful cosmicstaff that enabled her to fly, shoot energy blasts, and manipulate energy. She was also skillful in hand-to-hand combat.
