PSA to all ‘Rick and Morty’ freaks: Adult Swim has teased the fifth season with a footage introducing a new nemesis of Rick and even taking shots at DC and Marvel.

There is no release date [yet] announced but the most common guess is that we’ll have to wait shorter than we did before from season three (October 2017) to season four (November 2019). Adult Swim has ordered 70 more episodes back in 2018 and ten of these made up the latest season, so there are 60 left.

The show is available in 31 countries on Netflix and in all of these, the show is streaming at least up-to-and-including season 4A. Season four was released in two parts/batches (with half year in-between) – often referred to as 4A and 4B, of five episodes each.

The MEESEEKS are one of the coolest characters I’ve ever seen. They appear in ‘Rick and Morty’ multiples times across the four released seasons.

And here’s WHY:
Meeseeks are creatures who are created to serve a singular purpose for which they will go to any length to fulfill. After they serve their purpose, they expire and vanish into the air. Their motivation to help others comes from the fact that existence is painful to a Meeseeks, and the only way to be removed from existence is to complete the task they were called to perform. Physical violence or damage cannot eliminate them…

… They typically live for no more than a few hours, and thus two days is an eternity for Meeseeks. The longer the Meeseeks stay alive, the more sanity they begin to lose.

I think they’re sweet and charming 😀 Given the facts above, one could understand their frustation.

The second part of the 4th season premieres tomorrow. Here’s the official trailer, titled ‘The Other Five’ – because there are 5 incoming episodes for the rest of this season.

Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time is a brand new, 3D hack-and-slash where players control Jack as he travels through different timelines towards his final showdown with Aku.

It was announced a couple of days ago by Adult Swim Games and Soleil. It’s voiced by the original voice- actors from the animated television series that ran on Cartoon Network for 4 seasons (premiered August 10, 2001 and ran until September 25, 2004), for 13- episodes long each. As it was revived for a fifth season, Adult Swim became its new home for the final ten episodes – that went live on March 11 until May 2017.

The game is based on the series.

Samurai Jack: Battle Through will release in summer 2020 for Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, PC and PS4.

So this halv minute long ad(?) has surfaced across the Internet. It’s fun 🙂

It quite describes how a lot of Kojima- fans feel about his latest project (in a good way 🙂) and with the good Rick and Morty- old fashion; on spot. It’s bizarre and it should be.

Death Stranding is available for PS4 on November 8. Rick and Morty returns with a fourth season on November 10.

‘SAMURAI JACK’ Season 5 Trailer

It’s been 50 years since we saw Samurai Jack and time has not been kind to him. Aku has destroyed every time portal and Jack has stopped aging, a side effect of time travel. It seems he is cursed to just roam the land for all eternity. Samurai Jack premieres Saturday, March 11th at 11pm ET/PT on Adult Swim.
