‘Call of Duty: Warzone’ is a stand-alone Battle Royale game for 150 gamers to join forces with their friends and jump into the battlefield.

The game is free-to-play and available for everyone already tonight at 20.00 CET.

At launch, players can squad up in trios with their friends on Playstation® 4, Battle.net for PC, or Xbox One across two game modes: Battle Royale and *Plunder.

There will be vehicles aswell.

Warzone is a 83-101GB download for new, free-to-play users. Download could take up to several hours depending on bandwidth, service provider, additional regional factors and will vary by platform. (You DO NOT need to own the full version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare to download, play and enjoy Warzone. Call of Duty: Warzone is free for everyone.)

Cross-platform is confirmed.

*There will be a game mode called Plunder, which will let players respawn for as many times as needed.

Playstation 4 players won’t need a PS+ subscription. Xbox One players will need an active Gold or Game Pass Ultimate subscription, and PC players will need an active Battle.Net account (which is free to register for).

[GAMING] THE ‘CALL OF DUTY’ FRANCHISE CLAIMS 7 SPOTS ON THE TOP 10 MOST SOLD TITLES OF PAST DECADE (IN US)

NPD Games is specialised in insights and analyses on the video games industry and use to make the data public.

Since we’ve just entered the ’20s, the statitics for the ’10s on the US market are compiled and THE KING AND HEAVYWEIGHTER is ‘Grand Theft Auro V’.

The most interesting part is that seven of the first ten spots belongs to the ‘Call of Duty’- franchise. All four ‘Black Ops’ titles are there, as well as ‘Modern Warfare 3’, ‘Ghosts’ and ‘Call of Duty WWII’.

There however more ‘Call of Duty’ games in the second half of the TOP 20: ‘Advanced Warfare’ claiming the 11th spot, the ‘Modern Warfare’- reboot (released on October 24th 2019) as 12th and ‘Infinte Warfare’ is 15th. This means that ALL of the COD- titles in the past decade made it to the top.

NEW ‘COD: BLACK OPS 4’ MAP RELEASED

The Blackout mode in Call of Duty Black Ops 4 is getting a big update on April 2, giving the battle royale mode a brand-new map. Titled “Alcatraz,” the map is set in and around the infamous prison.

Blackout will also be available completely free to play until April 30.

‘CALL OF DUTY: MOBILE’ OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT TRAILER

CALL OF DUTY: MOBILE will be a true multiplayer- experience on mobiles and not a scaled down version of the main series.

Players will have access to classic maps like Nuketown and it will arrive Free-2-Play, basically meaning you can count with LOTS of micro transactions.

‘CALL OF DUTY LEGENDS OF WAR’ – ANDROID GAMEPLAY

The Call of Duty mobile game’s alpha is live in Australia, and it has both multiplayer and zombies.

Call of Duty: Legends of War is the series’ latest mobile title, developed by Chinese developer Tencent, and the game’s soft launch is now live in Australia on Android.
