DC’s Legends of Tomorrow airs on Mondays on The CW in the US and on Wednesdays on Sky One in the UK.

When the Legends learn that a mysterious tragedy destroyed Memphis in 1954, thus eradicating the birthplace of rock and roll, they embark on their most important mission – to save music. Nate is excited to show Amaya why music is important to him and he is surprised it leads to a rock legend as well as the sixth and final totem, the death totem. Meanwhile, Zari helps their newest member try to adjust to the team.
Airs March 12.
Titled “No Country for Old Dads,” the episode is set to air March 5 and is officially described as follows:
“When Damien (Neal McDonough) and Nora Darhrk (guest star Courtney Ford) take Ray hostage they force him to try and fix the Fire Totem, but Ray (Brandon Routh) tries to use the power struggle between them to his advantage. Ray and Nora find themselves working together in 1960’s East Germany in order to fix the totem, but soon come face to face with a younger and deadlier version of Damien Dahrk. Meanwhile, Sara (Caity Lotz) seems to be taking positive steps in her personal life. Dominc Purcell, Maisie Richardson-Sellers, Nick Zano, Tala Ashe and Keiynan Lonsdale also stars.”
Titled “Enter Flashtime,” the episode is set to air March 6 and is officially described as follows:
“JESSE QUICK AND JAY GARRICK TEAM UP WITH THE FLASH – When a nuclear bomb detonates in downtown Central City, Barry (Grant Gustin), Jesse Quick (guest star Violett Beane) and Jay Garrick (guest star John Wesley Shipp) slow down time by entering Flashtime. As everyone in the city is frozen, the three speedsters push themselves to the breaking point to save the city and everyone in it.”
Titled “Equinox: The Book of Fate,” Episode 7 is set to air Tuesday, March 6 and is officially described as follows:
“THE NEW NORMAL – Black Lightning’s (Cress Williams) pursuit for Tobias (Marvin Jones III) continues. Anissa (Nafessa Williams) continues to find herself in the new normal. China Anne McClain, Christine Adams, Damon Gupton and James Remar also star.”
