Origin of Humans – National Geographic Documentary 2016

Human evolution is the evolutionary process that led to the emergence of anatomically modern humans. The topic typically focuses on the evolutionary history of the primates—in particular the genus Homo, and the emergence of Homo sapiens as a distinct species of the hominids (or “great apes”)—rather than studying the earlier history that led to the primates. The study of human evolution involves many scientific disciplines, including physical anthropology, primatology, archaeology, paleontology, neurobiology, ethology, linguistics, evolutionary psychology, embryology and genetics. Genetic studies show that primates diverged from other mammals about 85 million years ago, in the Late Cretaceous period, and the earliest fossils appear in the Paleocene, around 55 million years ago. Within the Hominoidea (apes) superfamily, the Hominidae family diverged from the Hylobatidae (gibbon) family some 15–20 million years ago; African great apes (subfamily Homininae) diverged from orangutans (Ponginae) about 14 million years ago; the Hominini tribe (humans, Australopithecines and other extinct biped genera, and chimpanzees) parted from the Gorillini tribe (gorillas) about 8 million years ago; and, in turn, the subtribes Hominina (humans and biped ancestors) and Panina (chimps) separated about 7.5 million years ago to 5.6 million years ago.

Documentary and History: The Murderous Minds Of europeans

“When racism is one of the main things that deliberately interferes with a people’s thought processes, life, enthusiasm, and access, as well as time to be devoted to the science and technology in the first place, then it’s very important to eradicate the racism or the effects and affects of racism.

When many of our would-be scientists and innovators of technology are trapped in a cycle of poverty, violence and the pipeline from school to prison or are the countless Trayvon Martins, Tyson Jerome Barnettes, Earl Sampsons, Kalief Browders, and Kendrick Johnsons, why would we give the very racism that has either hendered or murdered countless would-be African American scientists and innovators a pass?

Why should Black people be expected to just dismiss the systematic murder, brutalization, discrimination, and the very psychological abuse, propaganda and social conditioning that tells many of our young people that they do not count, that they are hated, that they cannot be scientists and innovators in the first place?

America itself is a prime example of a people who are far more technologically advanced than they are intellectually, emotionally, and socially. So, while advancement in science and technology can do many good things, if it is Good Science and Good Technology, but it will do anything to end the centuries old War On Black People in America and throughout the Black Diaspora, because it is not only Science or Technology that is hurting the Black Race, it is primarily Racist Propaganda and Racist Control of Communication and Media. Media Assassination, social conditioning, brainwashing, lies and constant interference in Black advancement by the deliberate control and manipulation of Communication, Media, Trade, Opinion and Perception is what has and still is doing the primary harm to Black people, and unless Black Advancement in Science and Technology will put an end to all that, any advances in Science and/or Technology will only be usurped our oppressors or generic in nature.”
