Sony has reported that it has sold 60 millions units of its console. Last year alone 20 millions consoles were sold, probably thanks to PS4 Pro. PS4 was released three years an half ago.

Sony’s goal is to sell 18 more millions until March 31, 2018.

As a comparision, XBox One has sold, according to analists, 26 millions until January. Scorpio, to be released later this year, could turn things around for Microsoft, who no longer makes sales numbers public.

The best- selling console of all times is PS2 with 155 million units all across the globe.

PS VITA Not Manufacturing Anymore

I have, and still am, owner of PSP. The PSP was a great gaming console. I’ve known of PS Vita for 2 or 3 years now and want to purchase it, as I am interesed of 5 or 6 games for the console.

Today, I have been in contact with a representant of Webhallen.com and was asking for the price for the unit, and if they have it, as I have not been succesfull in finding it at any retailers yet. He told me that they don’t have it in stock anymore beacuase the manufacturing of Vita has ceased.

As I don’t found any info on any sites about the matter yet, I have decided to write this post and inform you. So Vita is dead and there aren’t any news of a new portable console from Sony. It’s a sad day, folks, sad indeed.
