Balon d’Or is the most prestigious award a player can earn and is awarded every year.

Zlatan has now reached 500 scored goals in his entire career. Only Leo Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo are the others footballers that are still active to have achieved the milestone.
Zlatan scored when his L.A Galaxy was under by 0-3. The match ended 5-3 for Toronto, after that Zlatan’s team managed to tie at 3.

The FIFA council has voted in favour of expanding the FIFA World Cup tournament number of teams from today’s 32 to 48 by the WC tournament 2016.
There will be 16 groups of 3 teams. The teams will face eachother and the first 2 in each group will move through to knockout stages. The new system has been unanimously voted by the council members.
